Train your technicians with our easy-to-follow training videos. Here is how it works:
- LOGIN
- Must provide Name, Organization and email address.
- TRAINING VIDEOS
- Watch all 7 videos pertaining to floor care before taking test.
- TAKING THE TEST
- This test consists of 25 questions that should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. You must answer 20 questions correctly to become certified. But don’t worry...if you don’t pass the first time, you can take the test again.
- RECEIVING CERTIFICATE
- Answer 20 questions correct and you will be certified automatically. A certificate will be presented on the screen where it can be printed to your own printer. In addition a certificate can be mailed.
- ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT
- To access the account in the future, simply type in the name, organization and email used to first register.
